You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer your license key or product access to any third party. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice. An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, and content available on this platform remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights over any product or intellectual property beyond the license described above.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lubuk Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your systems arising from the use of our products or platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Lubuk Software reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on this website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
